Adrian Anagnost is an associate professor of Art History at Tulane studying histories of place, relationality, and territorialization in the Americas, with a particular focus on Brazil and the U.S. within broader Atlantic World networks. Anagnost is the author of Spatial Orders, Social Forms: Art and the City in Modern Brazil (Yale University Press, 2022).
